SMS Terms & Conditions

Atlanta Compounding Pharmacy uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with patients, caregivers, prospective clients, and website visitors. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you consent to these Terms and Conditions. These terms explain how we use SMS communication and your rights related to receiving text messages.

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

   By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you authorize Atlanta Compounding Pharmacy to send SMS messages to the number you provided.

   No mobile opt-in, SMS consent, or phone numbers will be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS is used strictly for prescription updates, refill reminders, prescription transfer updates, bio-identical hormone consultation scheduling (when requested), customer support, order notifications, and responses to direct inquiries. We also do not pass any individual’s consent to receive SMS messages from Atlanta Compounding Pharmacy to any third party for their own messaging use.

2. How to Opt In

   You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

   Checking the consent box on a form, with language such as:

   “By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Atlanta Compounding Pharmacy. This includes SMS messages for prescription updates, refill reminders, prescription transfer updates, bio-identical hormone consultation scheduling (when requested), order notifications, and responses to inquiries. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.”

3. Types of SMS You May Receive

   If you have consented to receive SMS messages from Atlanta Compounding Pharmacy, you may receive messages related to your care, including but not limited to:

   • Prescription refill reminders
   • Prescription transfer updates
   • Compounding prescription and order status updates
   • Bio-identical hormone consultation scheduling and reminders (when requested)
   • Responses to general inquiries and important pharmacy-related notifications

   Note: SMS messages are not intended for emergency communications. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. For urgent care needs, please contact our office directly.

4. Message Frequency and Rates

   Messaging frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Atlanta Compounding Pharmacy and may increase during periods of prescription processing, prescription fulfillment, or other service-related communications.

   Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Atlanta Compounding Pharmacy is not responsible for any charges billed by your mobile provider.

5. How to Opt Out

   To opt out at any time, text STOP.

   You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by:

   • Replying STOP to any message (a final confirmation message will be sent)
   • Contacting us directly at 404-590-3785 to request removal from the SMS list
   • Leaving the SMS consent box unchecked on forms

   After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request.

7. Privacy and Data Use

8. Additional Options

   If you prefer not to receive SMS messages, you may choose not to provide your mobile number or leave the SMS consent box unchecked on any forms.
